  • KeikoAI is available on iOS and Android mobile devices. This allows you to log your moods, wins, and reflections wherever you are.

  • KeikoAI is subscription-based with a 30-day free period when you subscribe. That first month gives Keiko enough time to observe patterns in what you log. Active features like logging wins, mood tracking, and reflections require an active subscription. If the insights are useful, you can continue. If not, you can cancel — no pressure.

  • For iOS: Go to iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Select KeikoAI → Tap 'Cancel Subscription'. For Android: Open Google Play Store → Tap Menu → Subscriptions → Select KeikoAI → Tap 'Cancel Subscription'. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you'll retain access until then.

  • Yes! KeikoAI is available globally through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Pricing is displayed in USD for reference but you'll be charged in your local currency as determined by your app store. We comply with data protection laws including GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and DPDP Act (India).

  • KeikoAI is a tool for self-reflection and pattern observation — it is NOT a replacement for professional mental health support. Keiko helps you notice trends in your moods and behaviors, but it does not provide medical, mental health, or therapeutic advice.   • Keiko uses pattern detection to find trends and correlations in what you log over time. As you log moods, wins, and reflections, Keiko quietly observes and identifies recurring patterns — like noticing you tend to feel low energy on certain days, or that specific activities correlate with better moods. These insights are grounded in your actual data, not assumptions.

  • All payments are processed through Apple App Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android). Apple and Google act as the merchant of record and handle all payment processing. You can use any payment method accepted by your app store, including credit cards, debit cards, and store credit. Charges appear in your local currency.

  • Refund requests must be made directly through your app store. For iOS: Contact Apple Support or request through your App Store purchase history. For Android: Contact Google Play Support within the refund window. We (DyvenTech LLP) do not process refunds directly. All refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Apple or Google according to their policies.
