1. What we collect
We collect the information you provide when you use KeikoAI: mood check-ins, journal entries, wins, reflections, and preferences. When you interact with our AI features, we process this data to generate personalized, context-aware responses.
We also collect standard usage analytics, including crash reports, feature usage, website visits, acquisition source, and funnel responses. If you enter an email address in the website onboarding flow, we associate it with those funnel responses so we can understand whether the flow leads to a signup.
2. How we use it
Your data is used exclusively to power your KeikoAI experience — personalizing your AI companion, generating insights, and storing your history.
We use your message history, mood logs, wins, and reflections to provide context-aware AI interactions. We never use your personal data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
DyvenTech staff do not read your moods, Moments, reflections, or Guide conversations.
3. Who we share it with
To provide our AI features, we share relevant message data, wins, mood logs, and reflections with Google Gemini (via Google Cloud). This data is used solely to generate responses and is not used by Google to train their foundational models. Google is bound by strict data protection and privacy obligations that provide an equal level of protection to your data.
We also share minimal data with trusted infrastructure providers (cloud hosting, crash reporting) strictly to operate the service. All third-party providers are required to provide an equal level of protection for your data.
We use PostHog for website and product analytics and Singular for attribution and app-link measurement. Our current PostHog project processes website analytics in the United States. These providers process data only to provide analytics and attribution services to DyvenTech.
4. Storage & security
App content is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) and stored in the European Union by default. Website analytics collected through PostHog are processed in the United States.
5. Account Deletion & Your Rights
You have the right to access or delete your data at any time. A self-service data export is not currently available.
To delete your account:
Account deletion can be initiated within the KeikoAI app by navigating to Profile Settings → Delete Account.
Deleting your account is permanent and irreversible. It will immediately remove your profile, all mood history, reflections, wins, and AI interactions.
